Our Commitment

For nearly three decades, our company has proudly partnered with schools to create opportunities for students of all races, cultures, and backgrounds. Though we are a small business with two owners and independent contractors, diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the heart of our mission. We believe every young person deserves access to experiences that prepare them for success.

What We Do

• Inclusive Events: We design and deliver youth programs that welcome and celebrate students from all communities.

• Career Access: We have facilitated more than 200 job shadowing days with major companies, ensuring equitable access to career pathways.

• Community Partnerships: We collaborate with schools and organizations serving diverse populations, amplifying opportunities for underrepresented students.

• Fair Practices: When engaging contractors, we prioritize working with individuals and organizations who share our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Our Goals

• Representation: Expand outreach to diverse contractors and partners to reflect the communities we serve.

• Equity: Guarantee that all students, regardless of background, have equal access to our programs. Pulling students from 64 different zip codes in chicago.

• Cultural Competency: Provide a diverse group of speakers to ensure our events remain culturally sensitive and inclusive.

• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from schools, students, and partners to strengthen inclusivity in our work.
